20Twenty Productions CIC was created on 25th October 2011. We are a not-for-profit organisation that uses creativity and participation to engage and empower children and young people so they may build confidence, essential skills for life and one or more creative skill sets. Working strategically, collaboratively and directly as creative practitioners we inspire young people to realise their potential whilst growing as leaders. Our programmes, projects and events are designed with and for young people. 20Twenty Productions supports creative industry development; empowering young people to gain qualifications and access real world opportunities. If you would like to know more about the work we do please email us.

COVID-19 Status

Covid Response - updated 1st March 2021

It has been a challenging 12 months for everyone, especially for children and young people. However following the government announcement on Monday 22nd February we now feel confident in the road map they have proposed.

As a company many of the team are working from home and this will continue for the foreseeable future. However, we very much look forward to having everyone back together. We have had some new team members join us in the last 12 months and it’s difficult for them to really get to know the team when they are home based.

We are excited to start planning now for face to face sessions with children and young people from the summer. We will have a theatre workshop during the summer holidays and a Robot Wars festival. Our Youth Advisory Boards are working on a food poverty conference which is really exciting and will take place in August.

We look forward to being back to face to face delivery as we all desperately miss seeing children and young people.

Our current statuses

This is a moving situation and we will endeavour to keep you informed of any changes.

We ask that all children and young people take the advice given by NHS England and the UK Government. Do not come to a session if you are feeling at all unwell, especially if you have a new and continuous cough, a high temperature or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. Please inform us if you are unable to attend. Keep your hands clean, washing them with soap and warm water for 20 seconds or antibacterial hand gel.

"Without our funders, 20Twenty Productions would not exist. In a world where all children and young people were treated with respect, equality, and afforded creative and artistic opportunities to express themselves, we would not need to."
